Overview

Why Attend

Managing a SaaS product is a fundamentally different job from managing a product that ships once and moves on. There's no single launch moment to aim for — there's a subscriber who has to keep choosing to pay, month after month, and a business model that lives or dies on whether that choice keeps being made. SaaS Product Management is the discipline built around that reality: managing cloud products where retention matters as much as acquisition, and where a single churned customer says more about product health than almost any other signal. The Product Management for Technology, Software and SaaS Businesses Training Course, is built for product professionals working specifically within subscription-based, cloud-delivered businesses.

This course treats SaaS product management as its own specialism, not a generic product management framework with "SaaS" attached. Participants explore how subscription models change the way product decisions get made, how metrics like ARR connect product work directly to business outcomes, and how customer success functions as a genuine product partner rather than a downstream support function. The course looks closely at churn — what causes it, how to spot it early, and how product decisions can reduce it before it shows up in the numbers — alongside the practical realities of managing cloud products that are never really "finished," but continuously delivered, measured, and improved. Participants leave with a grounded, practical approach to SaaS product management they can apply directly to their own subscription business.
