Overview

Why Attend

Maintenance has gone through different stages of development. With the beginning of the industrial revolution and until now, the common maintenance method was the reaction method, meaning that when the machine broke down, we repaired it, but if the machine was working well, no maintenance activity was done (repairing the equipment only if it broke down).

For training in the work of managing preventive maintenance systems and planning spare parts, This course offers this distinguished program to help participants take measures to avoid problems that were occurring due to the use of the reactionary method in maintenance, such as: production stops, large periods for repair, and the possibility of losses, hence the thought of managing preventive maintenance systems and planning spare parts has occurred.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Target group of the course:

Employees in maintenance sections.
Maintenance and operation workers.
Graduates of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Specialists in the field of maintenance and operation.

Course objectives:

Explain and clarify the importance of learning about advanced systems for preventive maintenance.
Clarify and introduce participants to modern methods of managing preventive maintenance systems and planning spare parts.
Understand the importance of implementing integrated maintenance planning.
Training participants on the methods of applying preventive maintenance systems.
Training participants on spare parts planning methods.
