Why Attend

Most facilities teams can tell you a story about their building's performance. Far fewer can prove it with numbers. Facilities Analytics is what closes that gap — replacing gut feel and anecdote with evidence, so decisions about budget, staffing, and maintenance stand up to scrutiny instead of resting on whoever argues most confidently in the room.

Getting there takes more than pulling a report once a quarter. It means building dashboards people actually check, choosing KPIs that reflect real operational priorities rather than vanity metrics, and applying business intelligence tools to turn scattered data into a coherent picture. The Data Analytics and KPI Management for Facilities Performance Improvement training course, teaches facilities professionals how to build that picture and use it to drive real change.

Participants leave able to define meaningful performance measurement frameworks, build dashboards that inform decisions rather than just decorate reports, and make the data-backed case for the investments their facilities actually need.
