Why Attend

Competency-based human resource management addresses this gap by anchoring recruitment, development, and performance decisions to clearly defined behaviors, skills, and capabilities that link directly to organizational success. This specialized training course examines the design and application of competency frameworks across the HR function, covering skills assessment, performance management, and capability development practices that create a consistent, evidence-based approach to managing talent.
