Training Course in Pipeline Technology in the Petroleum Industry|Online

Overview

Why Attend

This course offers a course on pipe technology and the oil industry, focusing on international standards. This program aims to equip the business market with qualified professionals by providing practical experience and direct training for workers in the oil and gas sector.

Pipes are the preferred method for transporting oil and natural gas because they are more cost-effective than large oil tankers and can transport resources efficiently both overland and underwater. Since the invention of pipes, this method has gained popularity among oil-producing countries and companies due to its affordability and effectiveness.

These advantages have contributed to a long-term decrease in crude oil prices, reduced reliance on manual labor, and increased use of technology in oil transportation, leading to higher revenue from oil extraction.

Oil is primarily composed of hydrocarbons with varying molecular sizes, formed from the remains of ancient animals under high temperatures and pressure. Over time, these remains are buried under layers of mud, where they are subjected to heat and compression, eventually forming large oil reservoirs. However, oil spills pose significant risks to marine life, affecting mammals, seals, and other wildlife by disrupting their ability to maintain body temperature and breathe.

Environmental contamination, especially from oil, is a growing concern in contemporary society, hindering economic development. It is widely recognized that even a small amount of oil leakage can contaminate vast quantities of water, making it challenging to control. Thus, it is essential to implement protective measures within oil facilities to mitigate these environmental risks.
