Why Attend

Facilities Planning is the process of aligning physical space with organizational needs — ensuring that every square meter of a building supports how people actually work. As hybrid working models, flexible layouts, and shifting occupancy patterns reshape modern offices, effective space management has become critical to controlling costs, supporting productivity, and creating workplaces people want to use.

To help facilities professionals respond to these changes, the Facilities Planning and Space Management for Modern Workplaces training course, provides practical tools for developing workplace strategy, analyzing space utilization, and managing occupancy planning across dynamic work environments.
